When you’re an owner of a microbusiness, it can feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to run a business. Yet you still want to be able to build a business that makes a difference.

That’s why CBS has created an option just for you. In one day, we’ll review all of the aspects of systems and culture that apply to your business. (Yes, even a microbusiness can build a strong culture!) At the end of the day, you’ll have a plan to make a greater impact on people and the planet, based on what’s important to you and your business.

This one day is all about helping you to create conscious systems, overcome current challenges and find more enjoyment in your working day.

How will it work?

Before your session

You’ll complete a questionnaire so we can establish exactly where you are with your business.

We’ll then agree when the session will take place, what areas to focus on and who will attend. A conscious business looks to use collaboration as a standard way of working, so this is the perfect time to get everyone involved.

You’ll also receive a bundle of business templates to help you organise your business operations. We’ll refer to some of these documents during your session

During your session

We’ll run through each area of your business, agreeing ways to implement a more conscious way of working. We’ll look at artefacts like your vision and mission, Code of Ethics, and Sustainability Plan, working all the way though to employee wellbeing. Some artefacts may already exist in your business so will just need to be tweaked whilst others may be completely new to you.

After your session

You’ll receive a conscious strategy documenting what was discussed in your session along with a roadmap to implement the changes.
